UNVEILED LOGO DESIGN CONTEST

We’re excited to invite you to be part of something meaningful!

Living Out 3:18 Ministries is hosting a Logo Design Contest for our Unveiled Retreats, and we would love to see your creativity, heart, and vision brought to life in a design that represents who we are and what God is doing in and through this ministry.

Living Out 3:18 Ministries exists to provide personal and in-depth encounters with Jesus Christ for those on a journey of growth, restoration, healing, and transformation. We are looking for a logo that reflects this mission and is hopeful, beautiful, and rooted in Christ.

✨ Contest Details

  • Who can enter: Anyone who feels inspired to participate

  • Submission deadline: July 1

  • Design will be revealed at the Fall 2026 Fundraiser Event for Living Out 3:18 Ministries

🎨 Design Inspiration

We are especially drawn to designs that inspire women and reflect themes of:

  • Transformation and renewal

  • Freedom and identity in Christ

  • Healing and restoration

  • Beauty emerging from brokenness

  • Subtle butterfly imagery

  • Inspired by 2 Corinthians 3:18

🎨 Things To Consider

When you are designing your submission, consider where this logo will be used:

  • Printed Materials

  • Website

  • Merchandise Items, such as journals, cups, pens

  • Logo Wear, such as shirts and hoodies

  • Promotional Materials for the ministry and the retreats

🏆 Winner Prize

The selected winner will receive:

  • The winner will be announced at our Fall 2026 Fundraising Event

  • Recognition on our social media page, website, and newsletter

  • One FREE cabin registration for the Spring 2027 Retreat

  • The joy of helping visually shape the identity of our growing ministry

📩 Submission Requirements

Please include:

  • Your logo design (high-resolution file preferred: PNG, JPG)

  • Your name, address, and cell phone number

  • A brief description of your design and inspiration (optional but encouraged)

  • Must be emailed to:  unveiledlogosearch@livingout318ministries.com

  • Logo must be submitted by email before July 1, 2026

⚖️ Rights & Usage

By submitting a design, participants agree that:

  • If selected as the winning entry, the design becomes the exclusive property of Living Out 3:18 Ministries with free and unlimited use for our marketing efforts.

  • The winning designer will relinquish all rights, title, and ownership of the final logo design upon selection as the winner of the contest.

  • The winning designer will agree not to use the logo in any way, shape, or form on their own.  It will be used exclusively by Living Out 3:18 Ministries and the Unveiled Retreats.

Living Out 3:18 Ministries may use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the winning design across all platforms, materials, and future branding without limitation

📌 Disclaimer

  • Submissions must be original work created by the participant

  • Living Out 3:18 Ministries reserves the right to not select a winner if no submission meets the needs of the ministry

  • All entries will be reviewed prayerfully and thoughtfully by the Living Out 3:18 Ministries logo search team

  • Entry does not guarantee selection or use of submitted designs

Prize details are non-transferable and hold no cash value; you must be 18 years of age or older to attend the retreat
